SYNDICATED TERM LOAN

Their Syndicated Term Loan gives you access to large, long-term capital from various lenders without having to negotiate with them individually. It lets you maximize the value of your collateral (e.g., MTI vs. 2nd Mortgage on REM).

Tenor can range from 3 to 10 years, with the following as collateral:

  • Real Estate Mortgage on project assets
  • Chattel Mortgage on project assets
  • Assignment of Receivables, Contracts, Insurance
  • Standby Letter of Credit
  • Principal’s or Corporate Guarantee or Surety

Details:

  • Minimum P300 million loan amount (or its dollar equivalent)
  • Tenor of 3-10 yrs
  • 91-day T-Bill or Phibor as reference rate
  • Maximizes value of collateral
  • Various types of allowable collateral

STRUCTURED FINANCE

Structured finance provides long-term financing to facilitate projects such as infrastructure or power generation that generates a revenue stream usable for loan repayment. The Tenor can range from 3 to 10 years. Allowable collateral, whether on non-recourse or limited recourse, are the following:

  • Real Estate Mortgage on project assets
  • Chattel Mortgage on project assets
  • Assignment of Receivables, Contracts, Insurance related to the project
  • Principal’s or Corporate Guarantee or Surety
  • Special accounts are set up to monitor revenue inflows, expenses, as well as debt service.

Unlike other corporate lending products, Structured Finance limits risk analysis to the project feasibility instead of the commercial or company risk.

LTCP/BOND ISSUANCE & UNDERWRITING

The Tenor can range from 3 to 10 years. Interest or coupon rates may be fixed or floating, based on a pre-determined reference rate such as Treasury Bills. Interest rates consider your company’s cash flow capability as well as the prevailing long-term interest rates.

Security may either be clean (i.e., “debenture instruments”), or pledged against a particular asset of a firm (“asset-backed securities”).
